Techloyce is a CRM and ERP consulting firm helping businesses implement and optimise platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo, and Microsoft Dynamics. With their entire paid acquisition channel suspended and no structured organic presence, the firm needed someone to fix what was broken and build a system that would generate consistent, qualified consultation bookings.
I was brought in as Marketing Manager to audit, fix, and rebuild, from Google Ads compliance through to landing page optimisation and Instagram content strategy.

Google Ads Compliance & Campaign Rebuild

Before any growth work could begin, the account needed to be fully reinstated. I conducted a policy audit, resolved every disapproved ad, rewrote non-compliant copy, and submitted formal appeals to restore the account. Once live, I restructured campaigns by service line, refined targeting to B2B decision-makers, applied negative keyword filters, and introduced smart bidding.

From suspension to 3.1x ROAS in 30 days. Cost per qualified lead dropped by ~32% and monthly revenue grew ~58% compared to the suspended period, with a 100% ad approval rate and zero suspensions post-rebuild.

Instagram Organic Growth

To reduce long-term paid dependency, I built a structured Instagram content programme, a monthly content calendar, service highlight reels, educational thought leadership content, and a targeted hashtag strategy.

Instagram engagement grew ~210%, and organic reach increased +145% month-on-month , from near-zero presence to a consistent, authority-building channel in the CRM/ERP consulting space.

Landing Page & Funnel Optimisation

With compliant campaigns driving traffic, I overhauled the conversion layer, redesigning landing pages with clear value propositions, simplifying the booking flow, adding social proof and trust signals, and setting up end-to-end GA4 conversion tracking.
Lead-to-booking conversion rate improved by ~27% , from an underperforming page with no tracking to a structured, attribution-enabled funnel delivering higher-intent enquiries to the team.
